This is really great post! I work as a recruiter in Boston for Hollister (www.hollisterstaff.com) and I encourage all of my clients to start using LinkedIn for networking. It is a great tool, and the steps you outlined to creating a profile are right on.

Linkedin is taking off. It was one of just 3 new sites added to the About.com Top 10 Employment site list…linkedin is still the only social network on the list though…..the newest 3-
